Site hoarding is usually plywood that is written off after one project. The XINGJI WPC hoarding panel is a 219x26mm ribbed composite board that can be unscrewed and reused on the next site, with an embossed wood grain face that looks acceptable on a street frontage.

The quadruple rib profile gives the board stiffness across a long span, so posts can be spaced further apart than with flat sheet. The composite does not swell when it rains and does not absorb water at cut edges, which is why it survives being taken down and put back up.

Installation

Set metal posts at the spacing required for wind loading, then screw the ribbed boards horizontally or vertically between posts. Leave a small gap at board ends for movement. Because fixings are screws rather than adhesive, the whole run can be dismantled and reused without damage.

Protective film, export cartons with corner protectors, palletised for bulk. Lead time 25-35 working days from deposit. Custom lengths and packing on request.
