A car wash bay is one of the harshest wall environments in a commercial building: high pressure spray, detergent, constant humidity and direct sun on the outside face. The XINGJI WPC wall panel for car wash and service station use is a 155x20mm wood plastic composite board in mid grey-brown wood grain, specified for exactly that exposure.

WPC does not rot or delaminate the way timber cladding does, and the UV resistant face holds its colour instead of greying out. The snap tongue and groove joint with hidden clips leaves no visible fixings on the face, which matters when a bay is washed down daily.

Installation

Fix vertical or horizontal over battens or a flat substrate using the hidden clip system. Start from a set out line, engage the tongue and groove and clip as you go. Leave a movement gap at ends and top, closed with a matching trim. In spray zones seal the base junction with neutral cure silicone.

Packing and Delivery

Protective film on all items, panels in export cartons with corner protectors, palletised for bulk. Lead time 25-35 working days from deposit depending on colour. Custom packing on request.
