1. Are the joints sealed against washdown water?
The boards interlock tongue-and-groove and the joint line is sealed on site with a suitable sealant, so washdown water does not reach the cavity behind.

2. Does it meet cleanroom requirements on its own?
The panel provides a washable, non-absorbent wall surface. Whether a room meets a specific cleanroom class depends on the whole build including joints, coving and air handling, so the specification should be confirmed with the project designer.

3. Can it be used around a sink or autoclave?
Yes, the board is waterproof. Standing water and direct steam should still be managed by the bench detail and extraction, as with any wall lining.
