Cold rooms and food processing areas destroy ordinary wall finishes: condensation, wash-down and temperature cycling open up joints and lift paint. The XINGJI PVC wall panel is a hollow tongue and groove board in high gloss white, intended for moisture proof cladding in chilled and wet production spaces.

Gloss white keeps a processing room bright and makes hygiene checks easier, since any residue on the surface is immediately visible. Being PVC, the board does not absorb water, does not support mold growth on the face, and can be cleaned with food-safe sanitisers.

Installation

Let panels acclimatise to room temperature before fixing. Screw fix through battens or direct to a flat substrate, engage tongue and groove, then seal joints, corners and the floor junction with a food grade neutral cure silicone. Where the room is washed down, use a coving trim at the floor line.

Packing and Delivery

Protective film, export cartons with corner protectors, palletised for bulk. Mouldings boxed or crated. Lead time 25-35 working days from deposit; custom sizes and packing on request.
