400mm PVC Wall Panel — School Corridor Interior Cladding

The XJ-40-P1 is a 400mm-wide PVC wall panel for interior wall cladding. It is used where a continuous, joint-reduced wall finish is preferred over tiling, and it is installed with a tongue and groove joint on battens or on a flat substrate. Panels are cut on site to suit door openings, corners and service penetrations.

Panel construction

• Stone-plastic PVC core with a decorative film surface, supplied in matte or satin finish.
• Tongue and groove edges with concealed fixing, so no fixing heads are visible on the finished wall.
• Panels are supplied in 2.9 m or 3.0 m lengths and cut to the required height on site.
• Corner, edge and ceiling trims are available to close the joints.

Cleaning

Routine cleaning with a damp cloth and a diluted neutral detergent is sufficient for dust and everyday soiling. Abrasive pads and wire brushes are not recommended on the decorative face. Please confirm the cleaning agents used in your project before installation.

Installation

Panels are fixed on timber or metal battens, or bonded to a flat, sound substrate, and joined with the tongue and groove profile. Installation details should follow the project requirements and the substrate condition on site.

Packing and ordering

Protective PE film is applied to the decorative face, panels are stacked in export cartons with corner protectors and palletised for bulk orders. Minimum order 200 sqm, delivery 25-35 working days after deposit depending on surface and colour option.
