Hospital corridors and nursing home walls are wiped down several times a day and are usually relined without closing the building. The XINGJI PVC wall panel system is a hollow tongue and groove board in a matte pale blue grey, designed for hygienic wall cladding where joints can be sealed and trolleys will inevitably hit the wall.

The pale blue grey tone is chosen to hide scuffs and hand marks better than white, while staying bright enough for a corridor with limited daylight. Boards are light, so a two person team can fit a corridor run without lifting equipment.

Installation

Fix battens or fix directly to a flat substrate, engage the tongue and groove and screw through the face or the shadow gap depending on the trim detail. Seal all joints and the perimeter with a neutral cure silicone to close the wall against moisture. Allow 24 hours acclimatisation before installation.

Packing and Delivery

Protective film, export cartons with corner protectors, palletised for bulk. Mouldings in cartons or crates. Lead time 25-35 working days from deposit, custom packing on request.
